Error Message - What does it refer to?

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with the below error message? 

It appears when attempting to click the final button/submission button. 

I’m wondering is this error caused by Qualtrics or an IT/hosting related issue.

Hi @HarryO87,

this is a Qualtrics error message.

 

Is there any JavaScript in your questionnaire (e.g. on your last question) that might cause problems?

Are there any error messages showing up in the console of your browser?

 

It’s probably best to get in touch with the Qualtrics Support.

    Hi Manfred, 

    This survey is actually hosted in Qualtrics by an external company and was circulated to our staff. So I don’t in fact have any way to investigate unfortunately. Generally I’m wondering whether they (the external company) have an issue on their side, possibly the JavaScript you are referring to. Or instead could it be something to do with our IT side, firewall or something like that...
