Exclusively is "x" just broke my visualization | XM Community

Hi,

I have a bar graph visualization showing “value for money” over time filtered by the different experiences we offer. The visualizations were working if the filter was set to exclusively is “x experience”, but that has recently stopped working and I am getting an unexpected error. I could understand if there was no data for a single week, but I know this existed before!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you recently changed the type of data in the fields that are in this visualization? For instance, taking a text set and turning it into a number set?


Nothing changed. One week it worked and the next it was gone. I don’t know exactly when it errored, but saw it on the scheduled email of the results. 

I tried to rebuild the visualization and it ended up doing the same thing. 😑


I would reach out to your TAM or the help desk to walk through this as it’s not very diagnosable from the details provided.
