We have had a request from one of our product teams to enable dismissal of the feedback button in the Embedded Feedback tab. The product team reports receiving negative feedback from customers who report a poor customer experience because they are not able to dismiss the persistent feedback button. (The dismissal feature does appear on other intercept creatives.) I suspect that the feedback is related to 1) slow site performance with the feedback button or 2) the feedback button obstructing website content, especially on mobile devices.
