Hi,

Is there a way to fill quota based on the number of file uploads?

For example, I would like for the quota to increase when a participant submits a minimum of 20 files.

Thank you!

Since file upload question only allows one upload, the file upload quota can be tricky depending on how the survey taker perceive it and how the survey is structured.

If you only have 1 file upload question, the survey taker could upload a zip file that contains 10 files, but I don’t think the quota can check how many files are within that zip file at the point of survey session.

If you have 10 file upload questions, you can set quota to check all 10 file upload questions to be uploaded before the increment takes place.

As for the next section on single submission only, it will have to depend on how the survey is distributed.

If it is by email distribution, multiple submission will not occur due to the default individual link.

If it is by anonymous links, you can have the prevent multiple submission setting enabled in your survey option but if the survey taker clears the browser’s cache or use another browser/device, they can still do the survey again.

Can you please provide more details on “quota.” What is it measuring, the number of files uploaded, and at what incriments would you like to to increase - just 1 for <20, and another for >20?

I would like to receive at least 10 files from each participant.

I am planning on recruiting 40 participants and the same person shouldn’t be able to access the survey twice.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, thank you!
