Formatting URL Redirects for 3rd Party Panel Company

I'm working on a survey that will be distributed by a company using a database of respondents. I've carefully read the Panel Company Integration documentation and found other responses in the community forum. However, none of the examples provided in the documentation or the community examples have been helpful with formatting my URL's correctly. The company we sent the anonymous survey URL and they sent me the following three URLs.
Complete redirect: http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/YouGov_ID_HERE
Screenout redirect: http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/YouGov_ID_HERE?status=s
Quotafull redirect: http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/YouGov_ID_HERE?status=q
I created an embedded ID variable [yougovID] and modified the URL's as follows:
http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/${e://Field/yougovID}
http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/${e://Field/yougovID}?status=s
http://g4-emea.yougov.com/ereturn/${e://Field/yougovID}?status=q 
I'm not certain that the URL's have been formatted correctly. None of the examples I found matched exactly and I feel like I'm missing something. Can someone advise?
