How can I generate a BACK button that will navigate to a previous block?

How can I generate a BACK button that will navigate to a previous block?
I think it is something to do with TOC (Table Of Contents) but I haven't found that info yet. I am brand new to Qualtrics so I am still stumbling around a bit.
Will be glad to post my responses when I get and test them out.

with a TOC you can allow multiple blocks to be navigable, but it still won't give you a true "back" button that crosses blocks.
