I am trying to create a function where when one answer choice from a list of options is chosen, it is hidden from the survey for anyone who fills out the survey afterwards.
How can I make a question answer choice disappear to other responders once it is selected?

I think your use case is similar to the one in this thread I hope the approach works for you. But if two people are filling at the same time it will show to both of them. It will only disappear once the survey is submitted.

+38chb35 you can use quotas and display logic to hide the options once a response option has been submitted by one user. Set your quota to 1 and as long as the quota has not been met allow the display logic to show the response option.
