Hi@MCchuaYou can follow below step to recreate the question:select the matrix type question.change the matrix type from ‘likert’ to ‘text entry’Now remove all the statementsAdd a ‘Add statement group’ under Format for creating topicsyou can rename the group by clicking on it.Now add the no of statement you require under that topicclick again on ‘Add statement group’ to add next topic.Repeat step 6 to create the categories
