Hi,
Can somebody please help me with helping me to re-open an expired survey. I have several people who haven’t yet completed the survey and when I checked the link to the survey to resend it to them again for completion the link took me to a page that said the survey had expired.
I have gone in to ‘Survey’ then Options and I’ve changed the date of expiry and then tried to create a new link but it still sends me back the expired survey page.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can first close all the responses and can use below link to retake survey link

Refer below link to change the expire date from survey availability option and publish the survey. So you survey expiration date will be changed and your survey will be opened.
Responses Section of Survey Options (qualtrics.com)
If your links are expired the regenerate new links and send those links instead.
