We're sending a single question for response via SMS - currently no matter how I set up the survey flow, it will always send the default end of survey message from Qualtrics. This leads to two issues - 1) it is using a message count when I don't actually want to send a response and 2) prevents me from doing anything after the survey response is received (add using to a contact list, redirect to a URL, etc). Not sure if I am setting something up wrong or if I am looking for a functionality, but would love to get some assistance using SMS within Qualtrics.

You might be able to use survey logic based on distribution method and a custom end of survey message. We don't use SMS so I am not quite sure.
