Can I design the Likert Scale like the attached image showed with Qualtrics?

You can easily do a close approximation. If you wanted exact you will likely need some coding (which you may still need to get the mobile view you want).

To replicate this close approximation, insert a Matrix table question.

  • Matrix type = Bipolar

  • Statements = 1

  • Number of scale points = 7

  • Add labels (on)

  • Number of labels = 7
