How to display the order of the randomizer to the recipient?

Dear there,
I have 5 blocks randomly displayed to the recipient. When the recipient works on the 1st block shown to them, I want to display a message before they work on that block like 'This is the 1st block.' When the recipient works on the 2nd block shown to them, I want to display a message before they work on that block like 'This is the 2nd block.' Is the order of the randomizer recorded somewhere where I can access and save it as an embedded data so that I can display it to the recipient while they work on the survey?

    The survey flow should be setup as shown below:
