How to make Header Save

Hi,
I am creating a survey, and I want to add a text for my header with a different font, font size, and font color. The header words themselves will save, but when I click back to edit survey, the font, font size, and font color will not save, only the words. Any Ideas how to fix this, or what could be going on?
Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you!

    Hi. Just to confirm, are you editing the Header in the Look & Feel menu? If so, make sure you are clicking the Source menu button before adding your text formatting.

      If you haven't launched your project, you can also try making a copy of the project and saving your changes there. Sometimes that "reset" helps. Otherwise it sounds like a glitch in the system and you'd want to contact Qualtrics Support to see if it is something the engineers need to correct on your survey.
