Hi,
I am creating a survey, and I want to add a text for my header with a different font, font size, and font color. The header words themselves will save, but when I click back to edit survey, the font, font size, and font color will not save, only the words. Any Ideas how to fix this, or what could be going on?

+30Hi. Just to confirm, are you editing the Header in the Look & Feel menu? If so, make sure you are clicking the Source menu button before adding your text formatting.
+38If you haven't launched your project, you can also try making a copy of the project and saving your changes there. Sometimes that "reset" helps. Otherwise it sounds like a glitch in the system and you'd want to contact Qualtrics Support to see if it is something the engineers need to correct on your survey.
