How to set up branch logic that redirects participants who fail 2 out of 3 attention checks?

I am trying to set up a branch logic that redirects participants who fail 2 out of the 3 attention checks in our survey. Each attention check question is in a matrix table. The branch logic is set up below all three attention checks. I have a feeling the logic is not triggering because I do not have the and/or statements set up correctly... I attached a screenshot of the branch logic below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi mcarroll ,
it seems that the very first "if condition", concerning "Section4_DCI...", is different from the others, as you picked "Is equal to.." and left a blank.
What are you trying to do there?
