Hello! I have created a survey that has custom code in some of the questions. The code is to adjust the spacing of the scale points to allow the mobile version of the survey to see all options without changing the orientation of the device.
When attempting to translate the survey, the progress does not get saved even after publishing it. It stays in for a few hours/days, but then reverts back. We are thinking that it is because of the code, since creating translations for other surveys without code has not resulted the same.
Has this happened to anyone or is there any thoughts on troubleshooting this?

+13Did you tried saving translations question wise? I do not believe this is because of JS.
+24Yes, I did. I had reached out to support about this and they thought it had to do with the JS. However, good news: the translations are saving correctly!
