how to use Add a referral website URL

Hello,

I have been trying to use the 'Add a referral website URL' function to try to screen out bots (I do not have acces to the fraud detection package). I have posted the link on a website and then copy and paste the url from that website into the 'Add a referral website URL' box and turn it on. This prevents anyone from accessing the survey. When folks click on it, they are denied entry. Support said that I should just use 'www.reddit.com' not the entire url. I tried that as well and it still didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas of what I am doing wrong? thank you

CZMM - The URL should exactly match the website URL. Make sure you enter the website URL exactly as it is. You can visit that webpage and copy the URL to avoid any errors.
