How to implement a solution to be able to use the Qualtrics surveys offline and upload data when the tablets are connected to the internet? Because we often have sub-optimal internet access in the field.

Hi there, sounds like you might be able to make use of the Qualtrics Offline App. Some info from their support page:
"Qualtrics Offline Surveys is a downloadable application available for iOS and Android that allows you to administer surveys on your mobile device or tablet without an internet connection. Responses can be collected in the field on your device and then uploaded back into Qualtrics as soon as you have an internet connection.
This app is available for iPad, iPhone, and Android tablets and smartphones."

The problem is that app isn’t available for our kindle fire tablets, so we need a workaround.
