How to visualize individual survey scores as part of a self assessment survey

Hi everyone,
I am currently developing a marketing self assessment and am aiming to produce something like the Qualtrics team did here themselves:
Benchmark your customer experience maturity
While I understand how to implement scores, I do not have a glue how they managed to visualize the results of the survey like they did.
Does anyone know how they visualized the scores in barcharts and so on? I am only able to provide my respondents with the their score through piped text.
It would be super helpful, if anyone would give me a hint how to implement the individual self reporting in a similar way!
