I need to match a manager to a group of employees in my surveys. How can I do this using XM?
I am sending the survey to a contact list, so the links will be individual.
I am not planning on including an authenticator. Do I have to?
Individual links don't need authenticator.
Just add the manager's name as a field in the XM directory and then use it to import the name. Read the support pages on Embedded data on how to do that.
