Hello,

I have a survey question that asks students to upload a completed form. I would like to have a report that includes student names and the downloadable files (or link to downloadable files) that they uploaded for that survey question. 

Is it possible to have the files in a report? I know how to pull in names and survey questions but I am having issues finding a way to pull  in the files that the student uploaded. I can do the download in Data & Analysis but not in Reports.

Any  help would be very appreciated!
