Hi,

Can anyone help me with this please?

Let’s suppose I set ‘How much time should pass before they’re considered incomplete?’ to 48 hours.

A respondent starts and partially completes my survey on Monday 9am. By Wednesday afternoon their incomplete responses are now recorded.

What happens if the respondent was to re-enter the survey on Friday? Are they blocked from doing so, do they receive an error message?

Just for clarity let’s say that the link expiration date is set for 60 days.

Thanks

Harry

Hi @HarryO87,

once the response is recorded (= 48 hours after Monday 9am), the respondent will not be able to continue the survey. They will be displayed an error message.

In case you want to avoid that, you can set a higher threshold for partial completes.

In my surveys, I basically don’t use this option. My respondents can resume the survey as long as the survey is active (= typically 2 weeks).
