+41Sultanah Yes, this is a built-in functionality of Qualtrics. You can read about scoring questions here. For immediate feedback, you'll want to check the box to show scoring "after each question."

Is there a way to also add a small description further explaining why certain questions are right or wrong? Right now it clearly shows what is the correct answer after the question, but I don’t see where I can also include an explanation/feedback.

For such functionality, we need to create text/graphic question type with display logic on it for each of the questions.
