I tried to preview my survey but it’s not loaded (after waiting for ages) so I tried to submit an email ticket to get technical support and then that didn’t load either. It’s not my Wifi connection so just wondering if anyone else is having this issue as well.

Just wanted to confirm, did you login first before preview or you are using direct preview link. If you login first, then I would suggest you to try different browser. If it is working in different browser then and ONLY THEN clear your cookies from your previous browser.

I always check https://status.qualtrics.com/ when I encounter issues with the platform. I also subscribe to disturbances so I get an email of a feature is having problems or suffer from a down time.
