My client is looking to change the date format that is set by default when we download or set up automation of response export files from the data and analysis tab? I am unable to locate where we can make this change. Some help will be highly appreciated.

So I had a chat with support and found out that the date format cannot be changed as it is system generated and cannot be configured manually.
+61I don't think it is possible to do that. If so, I've been unable to locate it as well. I worked around that problem by creating an embedded data field containing the date in the client's format.
