Is it possible to use read in questions from excel sheet to Qualtrics?

Hi all, 

I’m building a survey that contains about 300 questions. I have all questions already in an excel sheet and it seems like a tedious task to write them all out in Qualtrics. Is there a way to import the excel into Qualtrics to save a bit of time? Also, the questions are to be answered on a scale of 1-7. How can I make sure that each question appears together with the scale if it’s possible to import them from excel?

Hello @hajira,

Qualtrics can't bring in questions directly from Excel for your survey. It only accepts QSF, TXT and DOCX files for importing questions. You'll need to either create your file in one of these formats or manually enter each question into the survey tool.

However, you can save time by using the ‘Copy Question’ feature to apply the same scale to all questions. For instance, create a Multiple Choice question with a 1-7 scale, and then duplicate it for all 300 questions.
