What I am trying to accomplish is figuring out individual needs AFTER the individuals are known. It would look something like this:
Question: What are the name(s) of your guest(s)?
Answer: George Costanza, Elaine Benes, Cosmo Kramer
Next question: Please answer the following
Where statements 1-3 would be populated with the answers from above.
