Is there a way to include multiple choice options (e.g., yes/no) with a signature question?

In my survey I'm needing a way to have respondents sign their consent/assent forms (signature question with validation) AND give them the option to decline (sent to end of survey, etc.) without just exiting the survey (missing data). Is this possible? Thank you!

No there isn't. You would need to add a yes/no single punch question and then add a signature question on same page and then add a in-display logic for 'If YES is selected'.
