Is there a way to restrict access to survey responses for administrators?

Hi,
We are thinking of using Qualtrics as entry point for new headcount requests. If we do this, we are going to be asking managers to provide sensitive salary request information. We'd like to shield this response information even from "super admins" who have visibility into everything. Is it possible to do this?
