I've configured the workflow to send survey question responses to the email within a one-hour timeframe. However, currently, I receive individual email triggers after one hour for each response. My goal is to consolidate all responses within that one-hour period into a single email.
can anyone provide a solution for this would be appreciated.

You can use the option to include response report/summary in the email, in this way you can see all the responses in one go.

I want to send responses for only 2 out of 4 survey questions within a one-hour period. How many responses will be recorded during this time, all those should be displayed in a mail.
