Hello! Is there some code I could paste into my question to allow columns in a multi-select question type with Choice Groups? The groups are what’s preventing us from organizing it into columns, but it would appear a lot cleaner.
Thank you for your time and help on this. No problem if it’s not in the current functionality.

You can use complex custom CSS and JavaScript combination to achieve this.

You could split each group into a separate multi-select column to achieve a similar look?
