Long results download time?

My program sends a out a 10 question survey (mixed quantitative and qualitiative responses) to attednees of webinars. It typically takes 3-4 minutes to download the results of each survey - very slow and disruptive to my workflow. Is this typical of Qualtrics? I tried customer support but they don’t seem to see this as an issue. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a way to speed up the data download?

The error you're seeing often points to an issue with your browser's cache or cookies.

Please try these three quick troubleshooting steps to resolve it:

1 Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

2 Attempt the action using an Incognito or private window.

3 If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser (e.g., if you use Chrome, try Firefox).

Hi ​@DougB,

Have you tried using results/dashboards for viewing/downloading the data. Typically, once a response is submitted, the count usually shows up on the data analysis page within a minute and then it takes some time for indexing it and loading it on the UI. I have seen it usually shows up on dashboard/results page. Also, you might consider it downloading it from the Results/Dashboards section if you need it immediately.

Can you try the above alternative ?
