New to qualtrics

Hi,
I am new to Qualtrics and my manager wants me to use Qualtrics to have our doctors input their yearly scholarly activities into the survey. For example they may want to enter multiple committees they are involved in? Is that possible to have the option to repeat the same questions multiple times and for the data to be available. Similar to the section on most job application where you can add multiple entries of past jobs. Thanks for any help.

Sure thing! You're looking for what Qualtrics called Loop & Merge. If you don't know how many sections you'll need, have a Yes/No multiple choice question right after the committee details section and start the loop over again on a 'Yes' selected answer.
