Participant pdf summary

I am using the Qualtrics for questionnaire and in that we have data and analysis tab in that , Database is stored in that for multi-ple participant. I want to download the pdf summary of multi-ple participant in one go so what I can do

    Qualtrics doesn't currently provide a built-in way to export PDF response reports for multiple participants in a single action. By default, each response must be exported individually.

    To help with this, I built a free browser-based tool for the Qualtrics XM Community that automates the repetitive clicks directly in your browser. It runs locally, so your survey data never leaves your computer.

    The tool works in three simple stages:

    1. Queue PDF Exports – Automatically queues a PDF report for every visible response.

    2. Download PDFs – Downloads all completed PDF reports once Qualtrics has finished generating them.

    3. Clean Up (Optional) – Removes completed jobs from the Manage Downloads queue.

    Since Qualtrics generates PDF reports asynchronously on its servers, you'll need to wait a short time between queueing the exports and downloading the files.

    I've also included a step-by-step guide, demo video, and the JavaScript snippets you can copy and run directly in your browser's Developer Console.
