Presenting 5 out of 15 questions but have followup questions in the same block

Hi,
I want to present 5/15 statements randomly in the survey, however, each statement has a followup question that is the same each time. How do I have the same followup question to each statement while presenting 5 out 15 statements?

    I"m not sure I'm fully understanding the use case, but with the information provided, it sounds like you would want to put the follow up question on a loop and merge block. See this article for info on how to randomize and how to present a limited number of the follow ups, as needed:
