Hello,

I want to know if this option of the authenticator has a duration of the “prevention” or is it permanent?

Hi,

By default, a survey accessed with an authenticator will allow contacts to complete the survey only once. Activating the option you highlighted will allow them to authenticate and retake the survey multiple times, as long as it’s turned on.

 

Edit: the English name is Allow authenticating respondents to retake authenticated section.
