I've been running a 3-condition study for months now, using the randomizer function to allocate participants to conditions, but for whatever reason, I ended up with fewer participants in one condition than in the other two, so recently, I've removed the other two from the survey flow to even things out--currently, the program should be directing participants only to one condition. The randomizer has been removed. However, for some unknown reason, over half of my participants are still being shown a removed condition. I have no idea what's going on. Has anyone got any ideas?

Hi lcrisman - there are a lot of different factors that could cause this type of behavior (publish survey, authenticators, save & continue settings, etc.), and so if you have not yet already, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to troubleshoot.
