Question about displaying separate categories' scores

Hi, I am trying to make my survey displaying scores for separate categories, not overall.
However, I faced that Qualtrics let me select just one category for showing the score at the end of the survey, as seen in the below image.
Does anybody know how I can make the survey showing two separate categories' scores?
