I have a survey that when the trigger is fired sends a survey to salesforce and from there it returns the survey responses to Qualtrics. To control my quotas I have created a condition, the embedded data from my agent's email, but doing tests does not skip the quota. I don't know where the problem could be.

Which is the exact condition rom the quota and how are you sending the salesforce responses to Qualtrics?

Here is the description of the Salesforce process:
1. A service case is created in SF and the trigger for Qualtrics is generated
New messages
2. A distribution list is generated in Q
3. The contact with contact data, embedded data and transactional data is added to the distribution list in Q
4. Distribution is created in Q
5. The survey links are obtained from Q and taken to SF
6. The survey is sent from SF
7. Client answers the survey
8. Q brings the Client's NPS to SF
In addition to this system, we want to account for agent fees. I attach the condition in the image.
