Hello,
I have the following quotas set, however, it seems like once one quota filled (furnace in green), people with other flags, like tune up and thermostat can no longer take the survey. I checked with people who meet the =1 flag for tuneup_QTY however they are seeing the survey as closed. Any idea why these respondents are being kicked out for a quota not filled?
