Randomization of Answer Choices on the Same Survey Page

Hello, 
We are working on a survey where want to ask a question with multiple answers. We want our respondents to see a set of countries (let's say 10) as multiple answers and make a selection of 5 countries out of that list. Later, without navigating to the next page, we want these unselected 5 countries to be renewed by a new set of random countries that did not appear before. And we want our respondents to make a selection of 5 countries again. 
We are specifically curious about the possibility of asking this question on the same page.
We would appreciate any help!

You can use embedded data feature to set the unselected and hide the previous first question on next button click but for that you will need to create a fake button so that the actual next button is not clicked but when you click it you want to hide the first question and show second one.

But the best approach would be to carry forward on the next question without any js.
