I have a multiple choice question in which multiple selections can be made. I want to make a separate rank order question in which the selected options from the multiple choice question can be ranked. Additionally, if only one selection is made, I don’t want the ranking question to appear at all. How would I go about doing this?

You can achieve this, after adding a ‘Multiple Choice’ question to your survey and enable the ‘Allow multiple answers’ option so respondents can select more than one choice. Add a ‘Rank Order’ question and use the ‘Carry Forward Choices’ feature to carry forward the selected options from the multiple choice question. Then add ‘Display Logic’ to the Rank Order question so it only appears if the respondent selects more than one option in the multiple choice question as shown in below image:
