Reminder email to unfinished respondents not sent? | XM Community

Hello!

I sent a reminder email to unfinished respondents in my distribution list yesterday (14 people) but somehow the email did not go through. I’ve tried twice, first one is scheduled and the second one is sent instantly, but neither was sent. It says 0 emails sent. 

 

Does anyone know what might be happening, and how to solve this?

Is there any terminate condition in your survey? if these 14 are terminated or quota full respondents then they will not receive the reminder email.

To check this, please download the distribution history and check the status of these 14 respondents. If their status is marked as screened out or quota full then no one will get the reminder emails.

Thanks for the idea. I’ve just checked the distribution history and their status is all ‘Survey started’ and also 0 bounce reasons. I don’t have any terminate or quota condition in my survey. 


Can you please check your survey link expire date. this can also be reason for 0 reminder.
