Hi, @romanop, @ESGOMEZES, and @vgayraud --

Yes!! I’ve been seeing the same bugs in the Reports UI. For me, the interface will freeze, and the only way to get it moving again is to refresh the browser or log out and back in. I’ve also had moments where it seems the CSS doesn’t load at all, and parts of the interface show raw code instead (e.g., “{style}”).

And double yes to the lost time and work this causes — the experience has been disruptive for sure.

I like the Reports functionality, but the ongoing instability makes it difficult to rely on. @AlonsoC, any ideas on what might be causing this instability?

romanop, thank you for initiating this thread and thank you to esgomezes and vgayraud for sharing ideas and experiences. Alonso, thank you too, for staying connected and researching the challenges we’ve been reporting.

@vgayraud , I noticed the partially degraded service as well. But we actually experience this issue on a (bi-)daily basis, so unfortunately it’s not something that only happens today. Thanks for sharing though! It also seems to be worse at certain times, like something is backing up on the background or something.

@ESGOMEZES , thanks for sharing. It will probably take a while before they can implement a change like this, and I do understand that. Still, as Qualtrics customers we’re dealing with a lot of extra work because Qualtrics sometimes fails to save properly. Sometimes I’m working in a dashboard and I’m literally crossing my fingers that the changes on a page are saved, because if not, I have to redo a lot of work.

@Chipper, we sadly experience the same things you describe: freezing pages, very slow or temporarily unresponsive widgets. We also saw what you mentioned where it shows the code title instead of the normal option title inside a widget. The biggest issue for us is that Qualtrics is becoming slower and, sadly, untrustworthy. How can we rely on a reporting tool if it sometimes just loses edits on pages? Sometimes we have to redo the same change 3 to 4 times, and we need to double or triple check everything to make sure nothing reverted back to a previous version.

Hope Qualtrics is able to help us all out! And thanks again for all your comments!

@romanop, the last sentence in your recent post especially resonated with me. The instability we experience requires repeated verification, which is not sustainable. This is especially concerning, as it creates an enormous cognitive load cost and poses risks to data integrity and reporting.
