Response export automation, batched at end of the day

I want to send a file at the end of every day that contains all the completed survey responses. The issue is my IT department won’t allow for sftp so I need some out of the box solution. I know I can send individual emails in a workflow with the survey response, but I don’t want people to be getting emails all day long. Is there a way to “batch” send the emails (either send a bunch of individual emails at once, OR preferably have it contain all the responses from that day). I’ve also been thinking about making a data table on a dashboard or report and exporting it that way. Open to any ideas!
