When viewing “response in progress” under the “data & analysis” tab, does anyone know if it is possible to change the survey session ID to show something more meaningful than a mix of alphanumeric characters, or somehow display an additional field showing (say) company name or hover-over option maybe ?

Thank @Deepak  - Qualtrics support suggested exporting my data to an excel and manipulating the document to get the view I need.  Seems like a good workaround for me.
