Hi everyone!

  1. Maybe this is a stupid question … but … can anyone explain the difference between Results Dashboards (formerly Results Reports?) and (CX) Dashboards (as a project) to me?
  2. According to Qualtrics Help Page, to opt in to the new version of Results, I should navigate to the Results tab and select Try it now in the banner. But there is no banner when I load the Results tab.

😬 h.

@HenrikeS ,

The main difference is:

Results Dashboards are built within a survey project and are mainly designed for analysing that specific survey. They automatically create visualisations for survey questions, and you can further customise them with pages, widgets and filters.

CX Dashboards are a separate project type in Qualtrics, designed for more advanced reporting. They are better suited for cross-survey, multi-source and more complex reporting needs.

Regarding the “Try it now” banner, you would normally see it at the top of the Results tab to opt in to the new Results Dashboards.

If you don’t see it, you may already be using the new experience, the feature may not yet be available for your account/project, or it could be a permissions or rollout issue. You can check whether your Results tab already has the new dashboard interface. If not, it may be worth checking with your Qualtrics admin or contacting Qualtrics Support.

Results report is slightly different to Results Dashboard.

I was in a similar situation, I thought I will be affected.

Until I realised I am on Results Dashboard instead of Results report.

You might want to take a look at the screenshots provided in the respective support documentation to understand if your version is Results Dashboard or Results report.
