We used to create a personalize link in Qualtrics and then send our survey via Marketo.Our company recently switched from Marketo to Hubspot. Hubspot and Qualtrics doesn’t integrate the same way as Marketo did. So the work around was to provide an anonymous link to Hubspot. Then in Hubspot we appended a unique ID. Our response rate to our surveys have tanked using this set up. Does anyone else have a suggestion or solution?
