Hi all,
I'm trying to set up survey question that only shows if a specific date requirement is fulfilled. I have attached my survey flow setup. The screenshot "survey flow" was taken on 12/3. I set date 1 to "tomorrow" and date 2 to "next week" and to show the question block if either requirements are met, i.e. if either Date 1 is equal to 12/4/2022 or Date 2 is equal to 12/8/2022. I then set a display if Date 1 or Date 2 is equal to the embedded data (biweekly EMA screenshot) in the survey. I've been playing been playing around with it and it did work as intended once but has not worked since. I'm wondering what I need to change in my setup. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
Deepak Hi Deepak, you've been really helpful in the past, so wanted to see if you had any input on this. Really appreciate it!
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/23285/show-survey-question-based-on-dateThe logic you have set will only be true for one day. Hence, if someone wants to see that block the time period would be just one day in this case if the survey is filled On 12/3.
I am not sure what's the logic you're trying to achieve here. As you have hard-coded the date value. Maybe you're not getting the same result because you're not filling on 12/3.
Hope it helps!
Deepak
Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your prompt reply, appreciate it! Just to clarify, my goal is to show the "Biweekly EMAs" block every weekend but not on weekdays to participants and I am testing if I can create a show if logic to the question block based on a preset date ahead of time. To test this, I set up the following show if logic yesterday on 12/13 to see if the question block appears today, 12/14/2022. The question block did not appear today so I am wondering if my set up is incorrect. Based on what you've described above, they survey needs to be filled on 12/13?
As I mentioned, the goal is to show the Biweekly EMAs block on specific days and to set up those days ahead of time. If another code is required, let me know! Thanks!
