Star Rating Question - Edit

Star rating question.PNGHi, I'm trying to adjust this to remove the choices and make the stars left aligned as well as space them out a lot more. I tried to use the javascript code from this link below and it still doesn't solve my issue. Any help would be appreciated. thank you

From my experience it doesn't allow you to remove the wording prior to the stars or left align.
One way around it so it views better is to add the question (or a number/ letter/ symbol) to where you need to provide 'choice' text, when you enter text here it will allow you access to the Rich Content Editor where you could then change the font colour to white so is then hidden from your respondents.
